When I got my Phantom p3p - the dealer charged me au$250 for an hardshell backpack - I took it back - it was not DJI just another copy.
I read in the PhantomPilots forum that many had used eBay and I checked the good reports.
I am not against - in general - copies and the one I have is excellent quality.
I got mine off eBay for au$127 not much difference ( if any) than the DJI version - except the logo.
If folk want to check the store -
http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/estore009/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from= and plod through the listing.
Mine does not cater for leaving the props on - but why would anybody want to??
Not sure on the foam cut layout... check others on eBay/Amazon to see if it matches them - or better still go to the DJO website!
I am sure I saw/heard an Aussie TV snippet that "drone" sales were expect to top 1million... and CASA are in the midst of forming new regulations!
Aussie seems to have a new DRONE magazine. Daughter got me issue 2 for Crimbo "stocking filler'. Wife has sent off for Issue 1 - coz she luv's me ( blush).
It must be American owned! Few mentions of "quadcopters" or " MultiRotor".
It does push the Professional side and seems to have allied itself to HobbyKing - who provided an Eachine based racer kit - Orange 250 frame....
