Old board stopped delivering to one motor so new board installed & situation as follows

Front left rotation CCW
Front right CW
Rear left CW
Rear right CCW
All start effectively with same throttle

All props are in lift rotation but copter wants to rotate uncontrollably .
Are rotations OK?- may have mixed up refits
Is there a way to establish which motor may be slow

Looking good With assist from Banggood forum I established that booms & motors had to be switched side for side for this board. P***g rain so can only test inside but looks good with no trims

Different controllers "number" the motors differently. All quads have diagonally opposed motors spinning the same way -- otherwise they could not maintain altitude while yawing, but there is no standard for front right CW or CCW.

Usually you can just swap two ESC leads to change rotation on motors, but if this is a proprietary kit, that may not be possible. I put little zip-tied labels on top of my motor arms, "1-CW", "2-CCW" etc. so I don't fowl up when installing props or reconnecting to the controller during rebuilds.

Managed flights & all WAS good till Iput her in the lake Was in fo r about 30 seconds & still synched so pulled the power & dried out over night Tried today inside & looks good but too indy to fly
