Continuity matek f405 ctr

Hello everyone,
I have a question about my matek f405 ctr flightcontroller. When i was building my quadcoper this week i discoverd there was continuity (~70ohm) between ground and cam. I can't find a solder bridge or flux between the two pads. Is this normal or is this a problem?
 
I don't know if my multimeter measures continuity in ohm it just sais 70.
1 is no resistance and 1000 maximum resistance.
