Connecting receiver

Brood

So I have a arris rtf drone and the fly sky FS-T6 controller. How do I connect the receiver with the drone? And how do I know what mode the receiver is? Is it PPM or am I understanding this completely wrong?

Attached is a photo of the receiver. I can bind it but the drone keeps on beeping and does bot respond to the controller.

DSC_0008.JPG I am a noob with this so I have no idea what I am doing. I got this far by digging around on the Internet but there's only so much I can find out. Any help would be much appreciated.

You may need to set the Aux channels up on the Tx. On my i6 aux1 is my arm switch(2 position) Aux2 is my modes on
(3 position) switch. Set modes in modes tab in betaflight. Turn ppm mode on,
On the Tx. If any of these are not done it won't arm. Also 8 wires suggests it's set up in pwm mode, as 1 wire per channel & power. Ppm is 1 for signal & +-.
So in config tab on betaflight you need to be on RX PPM. I'll find out if that rx is ppm or not. No it's pwm only.
If u want ppm ibus buy an ia6b or A8S rx

The first video I ever saw of drones was of Bruce from YT he has a channel called
RC MODEL REVIEWS. He has a 4 part build video. Plenty of others but if you skip to the 3+4. This will explain better what I'm on about.
Another good source of info is painless360

Sometimes these RTF & BNF are almost ARTF. Do you know what fcb is in it
(flight controller) I can find a pinout diagram for you.
