Connecting flight controller

Hi, I was able to flash the firmware onto my naze 32 board and I reset it using the bootloader pins. The board now flashes green and blue, does anyone know what this means?
I followed a youtube tutorial(
) and downloaded something onto my flight controller.
HOWEVER, when I try to connect my flight controller in cleanflight it comes up with 'No configuration received within 10 seconds, communication failed'...
If anyone could give me advice on whats gone wrong it would be greatly appreciated as this is for a school project that is in for friday.
I dont know if it is an issue to do with zadig as I havnt used zadig yet (not sure what it is).
Thanks, Oscar.

Blue light's OK, just shows that the board is receiving power

Flashing green can mean a couple things. Most common is that the board is tilted more than the default 30 degrees. If it's level and still flashing, recalibrate your accelerometer.

But it can also mean that your min and max throttle commands aren't matching your ESC calibration.

It's probably flashing because I need to calibrate my accelerometer as my flight controller isn't connected to the quad. But, I can't do this as I can't connect my flight controller to Cleanflight...
