I do not know how the disk is supposed to work since I put it in the drive but nothing happens. I do have Windows 10 on my laptop so Im not sure how to get things going with regard to the disk supplied with my Cheerson cx20. HELP!

Have you tried opening the CD/DVD "folder" to see if there is a setup.exe or other similar program?
While holding the Windows logo key (usually second from left on bottom row) simultaneously press the "E" key to enter Explorer.
You should see a window similar to the My Computer window showing all drives and network connections.
Navigate to your CD/DVD drive and click on it to view the files on the disc.
