Hi Rita....
While this forum is easy going and does not make a fuss when people give links to Chinese stuff... because they are affiliates and - or trying to earn money - which they do not, because we all know the game!
There is a suppliers section of the forum. ( Market place)

Very few - outside China - will use Alibaba ( its an Arabic word meaning Thief) which is the Chinese eBay basically.
I will not make any in depth comments about China blocking internet connection to certain none Chinese online auction sites and similar - which was long ago now... and which may have helped make the site well used... or it just may have been loyalty to a "home" based and founded Chinese company.
I purchased an hard shell backpack for my DJI Phantom P3P - from a Chinese seller on eBay - where I get buyer protection from eBay and or PayPal or my Credit Card company.

As you have posted in another thread - maybe not all Chinese stores are bandits. BUT those that are set the tone and mindset of those - like me - who paid good money for what was sold as new - and turned out to be a quad that had been returned previously either to EverBuying or they acquired it by buying out returns from the makers who get them back from "western" countries distributors who honour the countries warranty laws.
Which ever.. I got junk and its well documented in my Syma thread.
If Chines manufacturers and distributors want to be seen as trustworthy online sellers - then China should make consumer laws which protect buyers or better still prevent those seeking to avoid any responsibilities and obligation to the people who trusted them and paid them in US $$ rather than local currency - which often means additional currency conversion fees taken by banks etc,.

Buying and selling is a two way trust based contractual situation requiring both side to deal fairly and honour the Terms and Conditions... which many Chinese sellers simply do not.

Hi,Quadcopter 102

I am a Chinese.That's why I say"our economy".

I don't deny your words.Just I didn't know so many of you had gotten bad experience with those Chinese sellers on retail online stores.Sorry to hear this!I have been in manufacturing and wholesale business.Different business mode from retail.

Alibaba.com is for wholesale and distribution business. Ali-express is for retail.I think Alibaba.com is OK.I don't think Ali-express is a good platform.I would rather use Amazon if I buy only a few pieces. Ebay has too many drop shipping sellers.

For consumer law,China has it domestically. For international-purchase-consumer-law,I am sure we will have it one day if we keep the identity of " world factory".Just need time.China history is 1959-2016,67 years.USA history is 1776-2016,240 years.I am sure with another 173 years' development,China will be a highly developed country.Just we need time to be better.

Someone said China knows how to soft western people.I think they misunderstood sth.Generally,Chinese are modest and polite.Because we grow up in the culture of Confucianism. For those Chinese frauds, they had an evil intent from the beginning. They are bad guys.I hope all overseas buyers will put bad comments in their stores until they are closed.Every place has good people and bad people. You cannot think bad of a country or a race by a few bad persons or a few bad things.

I am not trying to teach anything.Just express my idea.

I dont know any Chinese nationals to form an opinion. My problem is not withe the Chinese people per se, its with ANY country that allows open theft of what westerners term - intellectual property - which includes breach of copyright/cloning or reproducing another persons designs in any way.
Syma is only one of the toy makers who "cloned" the DJI Phantom. In most countries DJI would have been supported in law against the people who copy the design.

Do you make your boxes from the design stage - or have purchased a box made by another business ripped it apart and copies the design?
If its all your design and good.. then I think even now somebody else will be making copies!
Too many people have paid good money and in return get junk back and weeks of tedious emails or support tickets trying to get refunds. The Chinese online store method is to delay and delay until the buyer just gives up hope and walks away.

I am one who does not walk away. I think EverBuying only made credit refunds because I warned I would involve PayPal.
This is a reply I had...
Please note our Warranty here:http://www.everbuying.net/m-article-id-16.html
RC Toys naturally come in for a lot of wear and tear from the moment you start using them. Our warranty only covers "dead on arrival" instances where the product is faulty out of the box. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product(s) carefully upon arrival. The warranty does NOT cover RC Toys that have crashed, been damaged or lost due to either extended use or misuse of any kind. We advise proper supervision as we cannot accept liability for any injury, accidents or damage caused by the product or your use of it.

The order's value is not USD 1000 and have refunded you to the extream for you, which is alreay an exception for us.
Best Regards

As you see... they made and Extreme exception for me!! I read that to be... we NEVER make refund s like this... unless we get scared PayPal will be involved... but thats jut my opinion.

We do not object o paying any seller good money ( and you always want us$$ not event converted into Chinese currency ) - but we expect good quality fully functional items in return.

You have had my opinions now.. and I cannot speak for any other person or their situation with purchases from any store in any country... so I think thats teh end of this discussion from my point of view.

Syma sucks! I thought X5C and X5SW were hot selling. Now I look down upon them.

Everybuying sucks! To be honest,I don't know much about it. I think they put pretty pictures there and use good SEO to attract guys outside China. Please never use them again.

We make our cases and bags from the design stage. But now more and more manufacturers are trying to copy us.Let them do it.Because we will stay far ahead of them by bringing out new designs.

I really wish China will have more and more companies like Apple(DJI does a good job).Must!Time will prove it!

Thanks anyway!:)

Well Rita, you seem to confirm everything we said - now your products are being copied!! And you can do nothing in Chinese law to stop them!

I have a DJI Phantom P3Pro - bought from aussie store I get 12 months warranty - no shipping or other costs to me if it has problems.
Buy from DHI China online - no warranty really but pressure from buyers means they started to do warrant repairs - I think only first three months.
In real terms DJI have problems with the motor arms cracking due to heat and vibration - from flight mode and the built in braking system... but for montsh they deny any blame and "victims" had to pay for a new body. Now they are doing free replacement bodies or new replacement depending on how it was used and how long into warranty.
I dont really keep up with Phantoms ( their forums are full egotists and idiots who cause all the media noise about incidents) so maybe Eric has changed his operation now he has more money than he can ever spend.

I wish you well in selling your boxes and advise you deal fair with we western buyers.... build up a reputation for fair treatment and it goes around all the forums.

Thank you.I will follow your good advise.

I know for some Chinese suppliers. They sell better quality goods to western, but just-so-so quality goods to domestic market.Because they know westerns ask for good quality.

I like this forum.People are well mannered.

But just wanna say, although China is not so perfect in IT product and after-sale service,I believe my generation,my next generation and next next generation will do better, better and perfect.

China is still growing into a united nation and embracing western ways of trading and it will improve. ( I have two eBooks in Apple iBooks store dealing with history of China and its conflicts) China will have a downturn simply because Chinese industry make items at low price - which sell quick... so others copy the idea and very soon - as is happening now with the electronics industry.... more business's will set up to get some of the action... and then they have to cut costs to compete... because of low costs - quality is the first victim. Buyers demand more cuts in price until more and more business close because they don't make money. Those who have reserves and can survive... start to increase prices because buyers have less choice.... and its another full cycle!
I think this is called the McPherson principle of economics - it explains the "boom and bust " cycle and how/why it happens - I also think it was him and a guy called Hausman who actually worked on this... but its a long time since read all this stuff"!

I think most on the forum want to talk about quadcopter's and not Chinese economic situation. Maybe your company can offer a sample box to the website owner ( or a memeber ) for a review or to be used as a prize?????
