Can't get Transmiter to work with BetaFlight!

Hi, I’m having some trouble with my drone connecting to the receiver.

- The receiver colour pattern changes from flashing to steady blue whenever I turn on my transmitter so I know its conected but nothing comes through on Betaflight

- we have followed the Prusa tutorial.
All products we used are on the kit list on that website.

In betaflight configuration tab you have to set the reciever type to serial and then click i-bus.
