Cant achieve lift

Hello,
I am trying to make a VTOL aircraft based on the Boeing V-22 Osprey. My setup is attached as an image file below. The front 4 motors are mounted on a shaft, which can help me guide the thrust. The total weight of my setup is 3.4 kg, and i am using 6 emax mt-2216 motors. The specs state a max thrust of 910gm,which should give me 5.46kg of thrust. However i am not able to lift it above a few cms.I am using a emax 4-1 esc for four front motors and two separate esc's for the rear motor.I am driving the escs through an arduino mega.
What might be going wrong?

Yes should be ok just to try some thing disable the motors that face down and see what happens , I wonder if the lift is being messed up buy the under motors

It wont lift only on four. Also the top motors make the wind whirl in such a way as to move the bottom props in the same way that they would move if they are powered. So the wind effects due to the top motors is in fact assisting the bottom motors.(I think)

Are all the props on the right way up and rotation , are you sure it wont lift even an inch on 4 motors , 4 good brushless motors will lift a lot of weight

Its heavy, weighing some 3.4kgs. 4 props with 900gm max specified thrust wont lift it would they?Further on the manufacturer has provided cw and ccw threads on the prop adapter. If they move wrong the adapter gets loose and comes out along with the prop.
