Can’t control my drone.

I’ve had my drone working for a couple months, one day I took it out and I throttled up, and it flipped over ( in acro mode ) however in stabilised mode, it’s worse, I tried to take off again but slowly, noticing that when I get to the point of lift, all the other controls are extremely sensitive and it’s very very hard to stop the drone from flipping.
I have plugged it into beta flight, and the 3D model doesn’t seem to move, I’m annoyed that it doesn’t work, as I haven’t got much use of it.

if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

If no motion in betaflight it means the imu has taken a poop, either the gyros or accelerometer (think latter) has died or is otherwise not reporting correct values. You'll likely have to replace the FC, this is a pretty uncommon problem, but the kakute-f7 they do soft mount the imu and use a ribbon cable for connection which might be less likely to have a solder joint knocked loose. If you have a heat gun (ideally solder rework station but any heat gun will do the job except maybe too well and not directed) you can try to reflow the solder on the FC but chances are the plastic ports etc. get damaged in the process so would consider that a unlikely to fix but who knows situation, very likely just replace the FC (would get a different one)
