Bugs 5W camera quality and range

I'm just new to drone flying.
I received my B5W 3 days ago and have had great fun with it so far, still plenty to learn.

I have a San Disk Ultra 32GB Micro card. My phone is a iPhone 7S.

The overall quality of the pictures is quite good, I just find that the edges can be a bit blurry and the size of the files on the SD card are not much bigger than when I was taking them straight to my phone i.e. approx. 180 - 250kb.
I format the card after every use.

The camera / phone connection (FPV range) is unable to go past 50m (even at only 30m above the ground)- is there a setting I need to adjust on my phone as I can't find anything to change on the camera itself.

Any advice is appreciated.

Let me see, i just bought new memory card exactly Sandisk ultra 32GB and will test the range later. I think it should be possible, as i seen on youtube

I am a newbie too. I have found that communication between the phone and the drone must be line of sight. I could not understand why the phone was losing the connection when the drone was still quite close and I could see it so easily, that is until I realised things like a fence, building or tree could be in direct line between phone and drone while I could still see clearly from head height. It seems to take very little to interrupt the wifi signal but going a bit higher to restores the connection.

Can make and break a bit at times but can generally get out to around 200m before the wifi connection is lost although the controller connection is still good out to 500m+ but at that range It is not easy to spot it again once you look away.
