Broken naze usb

Hello all, my naze's usb is bust. So I orderd an ftdi. I downloaded the drivers & have a com7 port. The rx/tx are swapped, my 3s lipo is connected to my quad, the naze is powered.
But I cannot connect still. Both tx/rx led's are flashing on the ftdi I have changed from Port 1 to 7 in CF but still nothing. Can anybody see anything wrong. View attachment 2014
 
Oh I did not have a crash, the dog yanked the cable and it was faulty. Then the more I fiddled with it the worse it got. As a result I have bought a new naze if all else fails, but i want to get this going so I can then add the new Bluetooth adapter so this does not happen again.
 
It's sorted I supplied 5v & ground from my pcb out to the ftdi. Silly me but a happy me. OK only Bluetooth to go. Thanks to all who would have replied.
