Beware Kingman Inc. on Amazon.

I just cancelled a quadcopter purchase from Kingman Inc through Amazon. Their Amazon add clearly stated the copter included the gimbal. I just received an email from Kingman Inc. saying that I now need to pay an extra $175.00 for the gimbal...and if I don't like it I can cancel. Great...

This causes many complicated issues re: credit card reward points...credit card credits...waiting for refunds for points and dollars...up to 7 to 10 days...Not a good situation at Christmas time.

Just thought everyone should know about these guys. It stinks. Beware.
 
Hi mate sorry to hear that , but glad you found out now , What a con mate , what really gets me is the money is taken right now ,but when its coming back to you it takes so long , thanks for the heads up on them
 
To their credit they have relented and agreed to send the Quad as advertised. I'm guessing pressure from Amazon and my credit card company changed their minds. Hope they come through. I'll keep everyone informed but it looks like a happy ending. Thanks for the support!
 
Wow that will be good then my friend , there is a code of practice they must follow , Hobby king did the same thing with a 450 heli said it has metal digital servos , but it came with plastic one so they has to replace all the servos on all that models sold free of charge , let us know what the out come is , this helps new members
 
Alls well that ends well. Kingman came through. They sent everything express mail and it arrived before Christmas with the gimbal as advertised...they even included a gopro knock-off camera! That was a surprise. Anyway...they went well beyond expectations. They have more than earned my trust back.
