Battery charger and adapter

Hello all,I'm new to the hobby and i find it quite interesting.I have almost completed building my first quadcopter but i have a question regarding the battery charger.Could anyone tell me if its possible to use my laptops' AC adapter for this ( http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=7028&aff=224284 )?
Input-100-240V- 1.5A (50-60Mhz)
Output:19V 4.74A 90 W

Hi mate No its 19v the charger will only take 17v max , you can get one at 17v but it finds it hard as the amps out are not that high, these would be better
