Basic help for Newb!?

I’ve never flown a drone. I bought a 4DRC Richie quadcopter for my son for Christmas, and I can’t get it off the ground. It seems like one rotor is not lifting, as it sits on the ground and the drone pivots around it.
I tried to follow set-up instructions included, but must have missed something. Not much support online. Any help would be much appreciated!

RE: It seems like one rotor is not lifting
Suggestion : go to that rotor. Make sure the wind blade is securely screwed down. Refer to that in your manual #5.

One question : The drone is supposed to come with all 4 "wind blades" installed. Did you by any chance took them off and reinstalled them later on?

It does seem exactly like the one rotor is not lifting.
Blades were installed when I received. Only after it failed to take off several times, I removed the piece two which the two blades attach on that one rotor to look for anything obvious, but then reattached.

I am afraid I cannot help you much as I do not have the same drone you have.
Sorry.
Adding ..... I assume that your drone comes with extra propellers (wind blades). Pick a spare set and install into the rotor in question. See if that solves the issue.
MAKE SURE you pick the correct set of props. Refer to your manual for replace/install wind blades.
