It is amazing enough, at least to me, that one can print a 3D model out of a low cost printer.
That amazement reaches a new level when one can print a model with moveable parts, all done by the printer itself.
No separate parts, no need to glue the parts together.

Made one of these for a friend's nephew too it's a fun little toy for sure.

There's a bearing as well but a bit of a torture/tolerance test:

 
I have the octopus, dragon, cat, dog and butterfly. With the exception of octopus, the rest are "flat" surface. I'm not impressed.
This elephant is the only one I have that has a "body".
 
Yah other "flexy" models aren't as cool IMO either, they only bend in one way. There's an articulating r2 d2 that prints in one shot too that is pretty cool.
