Just popping around looking for R/C Quadcopter Clubs (none in my area to be found), I found this web site www.hoverthings.com. What's interesting is that it has no "header" which does say something in the online business world.

I have checked out the basic web page code... and its OK and no sign of scammy - spammy links and the name of the business is at the bottom of the page...simply Google it.
The site does have a "cart" system and they do not come cheap and the products use a script to call up a database and selling online like this is quite complicated in the running and maintenance.
Its not really required to show any title - but it is common sense if you want to build up a "corporate" image and look professional. As GJH105775 says above - it could be a WIP.
Rather than brand the site as being not genuine - I have used the "contact us" and asked a few " potential customer" questions.

Hi guys Hoverthings are ok they have been about a fair time now , a mate has one of there frames the hoverthings flip frame

Went out to Google Maps and found the Corporate Headquarters for HoverThings, Inc. Here is the Google Map link if you care to see the corporate headquarters.

I think the Unabomber had a similar type of a production facility. Don't you just love big sounding corporations run out of a basements? Of course, Apple Computers started in a garage.

Looks like many "older" houses we have here in Aussie - but then again... almost everything here imitates the USA.

After MacArthur landed here to build his armies and later the Aussies signed vsrious treaties which allowed US bases etc, and later trade agreements.
The had aussie's realised that the UK sending out two battleships - to help protect aussie from the Japanese was not really going to help..especially as the ships were sunk by Japans air power.

(Luckily my uncle on the Prince of Wales survived the bombing and sinking and got back to the UK....and post war emigrated to aussie in 1949.
Which set off a life long "thing" in me to emigrate to Oz.....which I did in 2008!! Now how is that for weaving a story into seeming unrelated events! Eat yer heart Mark Twain....)

My 2 cents is if holtneil says Hoverthings is ok then you can take that to the bank! ( How's that for getting us back on track? Eat your heart out Henry Kissinger! ) :p

Hi guys it may be as simple as they let the header Photo do the talking , The Hoverthings FLIP frame is really nicely made I know it was a while back , but I would hope this company would keep up the high spec of the frames they have there name on

Well as the above Google map photo shows...it seems to be a shoestring operation - but as mentioned so was Apple at first!..... but days later, he/they have not bothered to reply to my online form "contact us" inquiry!
I think the main thing is... they appear to be a genuine company and large or small - so maybe anybody looking at frames should perhaps look at what is on offer.
Good luck to them because racing kits seem to be getting in demand more and its a side of our "hobby" that will get more and more "users: and ( hopefully) eventually an international league getting more public attention than than landing on the White house lawn!

I forgot about the FLIP being from Hoverthings. I watched a video a few months ago on their 450 fpv. Very impressive. It crashed hard into a fence post and the only damage was 2 props broken. Not a ding on the frame. Seems to be bulletproof. I agree it would be great to have them continue making frames.
