Any Hubsan 501 or 502 pilots?

Thanks Bro. I am so frustrated. I've been working with Hubsan tech support for almost a month now. I did everything according to the video that is available on the Hubsan support page. I downloaded their latest version of the firmware and I am missing a file for the last part of the upgrade and I can't seem to get these people in a higher gear to get it to me.
My biggest compaint is when the copter gets about 25 meters away my screen goes black. It's supposed to have an 800 meter range. They said they could fix it with a firmware upgrade. I'm a very experienced computer user and have been a RC flyer for years and I am getting stumped.
