Weather is getting better and better. Almost time to dust off my electric scooters.
Wonder if there is any one with a similar interest in this forum.

Just got done swapping out motor and VESC on my esk8 setup (old stuff was just getting worn down and had seen better days, also trying sensored motor out). Just took it for a quick cruise pretty windy/cold out still but look forward to some sunny times cruising) :)

Two 5S 5Ah in series making a 10S 5Ah (or 185Wh) battery get about 12 miles and used to be 24mph max speed now is higher but I only ever go about 17mph max anyway and usually cruise between 10-12mph

Ah, but you are talking about electric skateboard.
I am not that brave.
Scooter. 2 wheels electric scooter with handle bar to steer and hand brakes to stop, is what I use.

I also use an Emmo Urban S ebike.

Cool nice rides I'd like to throw together an ebike build too but pretty expensive to do it right or to buy outright. Was more of a challenge than i expected making a big pulley and motor mount and getting everything lined up and tensioned properly (mostly struggled with getting pulley and wheel 100% lined up and concentric probably would be good to have the pulley on a bearing on the shaft but just had mine zip tied to the wheel, I pretty much followed Tom Stanton's V1 of the ebike build hes done some upgrades since then too though)
