Okay, my stock Tarantula takes terrible videos! And the stills are just bearable. I knew that when I bought it. I am in training for a Phantom or maybe a Chroma or maybe??? Also, in savings mode to afford one, hahaha
Anyway, I have a few other cameras laying around. A Mini MD 80. I have have had for years still works same battery. Reviews notwithstanding.

And a SWAN Freestyle HD. Also had for several years same battery still works fine. I know I did not pay more than $50 for. Maybe on WOOT!

I mounted the MD80 under the stock camera with tie wraps. Now I have video looking forward and down on every flight. Kind of cool.
For my next trick I will mount the SWAN by itself, its fairly heavy.
