Hi all, I'm new to these mini quads but Its got a grip on me already. I've been searching around for a reasonably priced mini quad that has the "Actual direction control" feature. I can find just one so far in my searches, that is the Heli Max Si. Are there any more availlable in the UK with this feature?
Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi I dont think you will it has a lot of spec for a little quad so for its money you wont get better , The only this I say is if you learn to fly with smart techknowledgey , later on if you build your own quad your need to find the FCB with all the spec so you can fly it , all the add ons are to make it easy and fast to learn to fly but really your learning to control the techknowledgey the quad has

Thanks for the reply Hotneil, yes, I must admit that I'm looking for the easiest and fastest method to learn to fly these fascinating things. I'm getting there slowly and I just need to persevere. The main difficulty I find as a novice is trying to work out the front from the back when it's flying at a distance in daylight. If I can work through this it should be okay. cheers.

Most of us have lights on the arms of the quads mine in the pic has a yellow ball on the front and white leds on front legs and red leds on the rear
this does help a lot , The most easiest quad to fly is the DJI Phantom it was made to be easy its not very cheap but may be the best way for you to go , the spec is as the little quad you was looking at as they have copied the phantom spec
