3D Printing Propellers (and Landing Skids)

Hello all,

New to the forum. I was wondering what the public opinions were on 3D printing propellers. I'm sure it's been covered before, but I can't seem to find anything. searched google and this site, and no luck. Is it worth 3D printing some props, or is it better to just spend five bucks on a legit set? If printing is alright, should I use PLA or ABS plastic?

Also, I'm probably going to print a landing skid that would be almost identical to this:

Does anybody have a link to a good resource? Google has not been helpful here either.

I don't think it would be possible to make 3-d printed props that were properly balanced.

Roger that. I went ahead and ordered a bunch of 6x4.5s. They're doing pretty well!
