So here is a little video my friend Mark and I put together. We wanted to do something informative with the release of the new Transport Canada rules. Hope it isn't too corny but our intentions are good. Sorry for the length but we really hope everyone enjoys it:

Out of interest, what's your camera setup? Is it all GoPros or are there other makes/models in there as well?

The only model of GoPro used was the Hero Black 3+ which we sued on the TBS Pro's usually set at 1080 P 60FPS. The GH4 was used on the DJI S1000 and mostly shot at 1080P 60P. The sun rise shot was done in 4K but on tripod.

I'm months (if not years!) away from doing this kind of thing but it's always interesting to know what people are using so I can buy it second-hand in a few years time! ;)

lol, I meant from the FPV stuff. :)

I've started a "I'm new here and I don't know what I'm doing..." thread over at http://quadcopterforum.com/threads/so-heres-the-plan.3672/ and I hope to be able to build a basic Quad for under £100 GBP.

Once I've got the hang of this (and I'm thinking it's going to be easier to fly than my little Blade MSRx heli!) then I'll start to upgrade it bit by bit, probably starting by adding some kind of GPS sensor to it, slowly making my way up to FPV/Camera for recording.
 
Ah yes good plan! FPV does take some getting used to. I still can't wear the goggles as I find I always want to see where the craft is and not just through the FPV camera. I use an external LCD for the FPV view.
