frames per second

I am a confused newbie. I am looking for a drone and I like 2 of them, the sjrc f11s 4k pro which films 4k at 30fps and the SG908 Max which films 1080p at 25fps. Some of my research results tell me 25fps is a standard for 50hz in the UK, and 24 or 30fps is the standard for 60hz in the USA. So...
