Just a quick update, i disconnected the 3dr power module and connected 5volt line from the esc to apm board and the esc is working 100%, so i'm not sure whats happening with the 3dr module tho 5.4v is present, so i suppose it's time to investigate the power module.

That's gonna hurt, i had a quad copter which went though house roof tiles, so landing on some one head, isn't good.
