250 build, quad spins on takeoff (With Video!!!)

Figured it out. I must have looked at the motor setup 20 times but for some reason I mixed up motors 3 and 4. I switched them and it no longer tries to spin.

250 build, quad spins on takeoff (With Video!!!)

Just finished building this morning. Motor tests seem to be fine. Board is mounted pointing left with USB access on the right, I set the Yaw offset to 270. Using default PID. Set up angle mode as default, motor stop, and battery monitoring are all the changes I made. The only thing I changed on...

    Help me pick..

    1. You listed 4 quads, which two are you refering to? 2. I think they are from different warehouses. 3. For non-fpv dont get any of these. There are better and cheaper ones out there for you. You will likely need a gimble.

    Lookingfor a Quad Kit.

Myself, I like the Arris x-speed 250 carbon fiber. $45 with pdb that has v12 and v5 stepdowns is a great deal.

It works fine but I do feel a little cheated, though it was no...

    First DIY: Arris X-Speed B 250

Reason I am going with 3.3 at this time is because almost no one else is using it, so I wont have to worry as much about interference from other flyers, it's a much quieter frequency and it penetrates solid objects better. Ham license is just to be on the safe side, plus maybe I can learn how...

    First DIY: Arris X-Speed B 250

First off let me say I am not very good with electronics. Any tips and hints would be very welcome, even if you think I may already know it. Alright, so I am buying this in multiple sets. Arris X-Speed 250. The reason I am going with this one is the PDB seems the best for the price, has camera...

My only experince is with a Dromida Kodo. It flies great and can outpreform most other starting drones once you get the hang of it.

Good drone ideas to get started?

A smaller drone is what you want to start with. Look on youtube for christmas day crashes and you will see what we mean. I started with a Kodo 2 ($60) and it really helped me learn to use a larger one. I suggest it if you may want to get into anything other than the professional camera drones...
