Oh, yeah. Guess I didn't look to close on the ANART. The Xiaomi would be a very nice option though, it gets great reviews, and appears to be built very well.

The cameras I linked to do record in 1080p, 60fps, and are all good options. The cameras you listed are both nice, and would make great options also, but unless you specifically need Wi-Fi capability, I'd recommend buying one in the $40 range without it, such as the ANART.

The Nova or CX-20 GPS is not very good, so if you want good position holding, I don't recommend it. To fly stable, all you need is a good FCB with gyros and sensors. The Nova is a good deal though, and can be found on amazon cheaper than HK, and with free shipping too. As for the action cams...
