    Transmitter/receiver trouble

Yes it had a main battery connector that is wired into the bottom of the quad that supplies power to the entire unit. It is actually located on the bottom panel where the ESC's are located.

I saw that, but the built in ESC's don't have the connection for the heavy power wires.

Here are the servo connections on the frame that supply power to the ESC's.

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

The installed ESC's on the quad pulls power from the FC through servo plugs on the frame.

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

I was going to wire the servo wiring directly to the KISS FC board and have the installed ESC's do what they do or am I wrong as to how that should work.

This is the quad with the ESC's and the upper plate removed to install a new FC.

It looks like the dys has its esc mounted as part of the lower frame area. They were getting power from the CC3D. So now I have to attempt to put in a separate PDB? Well I think that this quad is going to get thrown and start with a fresh frame if that's the case.

Thanks for the info, but I was actually wondering how the motor setup was on the quad so I can wire it correctly on the FC. I've seen mutliple different layouts for how the motors are placed on a quad.

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

Okay so iv'e given up on the CC3D setup and i'm attempting to wire in a KISS FC because the DYS 250 is supposed to be a PNP setup i need ro figure out the motor layout or this will crash and burn pretty quickly! Anyone have any ideas how the motor layout is set up so I can wire it in correctly...

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

I followed the instructions when it told me to attach power and the LibrePilot just doesn't see the transmitter whenever it's turned on. I've got a different FC. Maybe I'll try that soon.

    That sounds about right!

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

Everything looks so simple. Unfortunately on the i6x it doesn't have a simple ppm pop up, maybe I'll try it in a while. Thanks again.

Thanks again for spending all that time to try to figure this issue out.

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

I've already bought two different TX and neither one seem to talk with the quad. Maybe it's time to take a hammer to it and start fresh! The quad was new, but doesn't seem to see the TX! I'm in the process of building a tilt rotor quad from the ground up. Maybe it will be a little more compliant!

Great I love this "Plug N Play" equipment! Always seems to be the same thing! Thanks anyway. Maybe I will replace the FC and see if that will change anything.

I've got it set a PPM + No One shot

Not that I can tell. There doesn't seem to be an option to turn them off. You pick either one or the other.

So with the picture that you sent there shouldn't be any other wires except the single plug with the 3 wires correct? I tried that and there was still no signal from the TX.

    Transmitter/receiver trouble

I went back into the TX again and shows PPM and to the right of thatbid shows I-Bus or S-Bus it is set to I-Bus as of now.

Alright so drop the blue single wire off and move the rest up one slot?
