Got a different receiver you can try?

Were all the trims on your tx centered when you did the setup? Are all the props in the correct location with leading edge spinning the direction of the motors?

Took the Eachine Racer 250 out for a test flight.

If that is in fact the case the the oil lite bushings would be a better option. If the shaft is turning onsite the inter race the bearing isn't going to do much. Guess I need to take mine apart and get the mic out.

My Devo 10 has been flashed with Deviation and I added the nrf24l01 & a7105 modules via a multi module board. So with those modification I can fly all the toy quads that I currently have. You can read more about Deviation @ WWW.deviationtx.com

I have one and ordered another when I saw them for $29.99. It flies great one of my favorites. As far range I can't say it gets to small for me to see before it gets out of range. I use my Devo 10 for a Tx.

The charger should regulate the current & voltage. I used a cell phone charger all the time until I bought my Imax B6 Mini.

10 minutes wouldn't hurt but normally the battery won't last that long. Don't think doing multiple times would gain anything. I would/do fly easy for the 1st couple of batteries then let it rip.

Using a multimeter check the continuity of the power wires. Wiggle them and if you use continuity you could have a bad wire. When replacing motors for the 1st time I replace all 4 and keep the good ones as spares. Also be sure to break your new motors in by running them for 3-4 minutes at a low...

You have to walk before you run. Watch the videos above and practice what they say. You need to train your thumbs to react to the movement of the quad. I would start learning on the Syma X5C-1 that is a good beginner quad to learn on. Set it on low rates and practice, practice, practice.......

When I first have a motor go bad I replace all 4 and keep the good ones for backup. My thought is they have all been running the same length of time so if one is bad the the rest probably aren't that for off from quiting too. I also run dry lube on my gears can't remember the brand off hand but...
