To give you good recommendation we need to know your budget and your experience in flying...Getting a phantom even the cheapest $500 one might sound great but if you do not know how to fly it then that's a waste of money.
Well it is kind of obvious that one should not fly near an airport but usually I get in trouble flying near people...It seems people just hate a drone whizzing nearby. Or they just gather around to ask for a "test flight"
Of these I do not like the flying lady bug Walkera and did not try the H101, so I would recommend the Nano QX. Cheap and fun to fly and with the FPV version you do not need to solder any camera!
