Well I'm trying to attach something to a mount and I have to avoid the turbulence of the motors so I'm trying to find the optimal location to place my item on the mount. Keep in mind that it's a underneath mount. At this point I have it 2 inches or 5.08 cm past the propellers.

I have a tarot t960 with 5008 340 kv motors with 18 in props. Where will the turbulence be highest? Also if I'm in between two arms 2 inches outside of props would I experience a lot of turbulence

How much down draft do motors produce? What I mean when I say that is if I stood 2 ft in front and underneath a drone would I feel a breeze?

Has anyone had experience with a navio2 flight controller hexacopter combo?

What about ubec? If I have opto 40 A do I need ubec? What exactly does the ubec do? Would this be the same as the power distribution board?

But if each motor max requires 40A. 40 x 6 being 240A could the xt60 handle that if it's amp rating is only 60A

Cool. Also quick question. If I'm using a 6s lipo battery 10000mah, 22.2 v, 25c with as150 plug can I use xt60 plug adaptor with it if each motor has a Max power of 40 A?

for my project for school im a putting together a tarot t960 with navio 2 flight controller. has anybody put together this combination or something similiar? If so could you help me with some aspects of this design?

My kit actually came with what you just sent me. So this device can be used as my pdb with a navio 2? also what about BEC would this be important to have? my ESC are opto so they do not have a BEC with them.

And this PDB can handle 5008 340 kv motors that have a Max power of 40A ?

I am currently still building the hexacopter. This is my project for college and I just realized I need a PDB

I bought a tarot t960 hexacopter with opto 40 A esc and 5008 340 kv motors and 10000mah 6s 22.2 v 25c battery. For my flight controller I'm using a navio 2 with rasberri pi. What would be an appropriate power distribution board for this setup? I also have xt60 connectors.

I see. So between a 10000mah 10c vs a 5300 mAh 25c. What would be a better choice. Both are 6s lipo and both are 22.2 v.

So the mAh really isn't that important? It's really the c value that I need to concentrate on for my project?
