Well depends... if you're like me and love a bargain, it's the cheapest you can buy. Go pros are good with vibration so that shouldn't be a problem. You will have to modify it slightly to fit a go pro. It's a cheap plastic design and will probably break if you put it in a venerable position...

This is probably way too cheap for what you are after but I have bought and built one of these. It just uses normal servos for the two axes, I superglued mine together (it falls apart otherwise). All up it would be about $15 including servos. What sort of budget do you have in mind?
