I use the same as Rick M. The Eachine VR D2 Pro. The have a freq. scan and a built in DVR. The only thing I don't have set up for FPV is my E010s.............My S500(Frankendrone), both my X8s, my Bwhoop B-03 and my scratch built 8520 mini............. I really like flying FPV...........

Just my experience....... You can get a fairly decent "toy" quad from $50 to $100 if your looking for something to fly outside. If you want to practice inside you can get some nifty ones for less then $20. If you get a lot of rainy weather, I would suggest the indoor quads.(I have a Bwhoops...

I would have to say yes the Bugs 3 is better, but only because it has brushless motors. But I haven't flown one. Also, your camera can be mounted to the X8hg but you will need a simple gimbal...........
