I have checked it out more, and one issue I've noted is that I'd have no way to power it. If I could power it, using this method would be the most cost effective and easy way to achieve what I am going for.

Yeah, you're right. Also the camera on the x8w is utterly deplorable.

Oh! I didn't know that that camera could do both simultaneously, definitely no need for two then. May I ask what gimbal/mounting system you're using and what you did with the other camera?

I'm going to buy a Syma x8g because it's the only cheap quad with a good camera, but... It's not fpv. I'm planning on installing a cheap wifi fpv system to act as a viewfinder for it, but I don't know where to find cameras that will connect to my phone. If I can't find one (please link below...
