Last night while flying around my living room, My X4 dove into the carpet from about 2 foot up. When I checked it it had hair around a few of the prop shafts. I removed the hair, and the right rear prop wont spin until I give it full throttle, it spins for a few seconds, then stops and blinks...

I'm new to quadcopters. I recently bought a syma x4 to learn on and it's been a blast. I'm pretty good at making it go where I want to without bumping into much. The problem I have is I just can't seem to make it hover in a fixed position. I see lots of videos where people do this. Is it just me...
