I've crashed this more times than I can remember but suddenly the camera won't tilt up. Can it be fixed?

I fixed it. It was a bad battery!

I replaced 2 motors and confirmed the propellers are on properly. When I bind the controller with the drone, the props spin but no lift off. Then the props stop spinning and the controller won't control it until I restart both. Can I fix it?
