checked Balance plug...3.4 3.8 3.1 charger sees only 2cells.....bad charger ?

charge a new 3s battery. I tell the charger 3s charger checks the battery says 2s. is one cell dead ? test balance plug ? thanks

I am really new at this....I know how to check total volts but not each cell....the battery is a 3s Floureon 5.0 30c....thanks for any help

I tried it on 4.0A same thing connection break. The battery is new and has never been charger.

Yes I tried it on Balance and Charge. The balance lead is connected.

I made a mistake my charger says connection break.

I am using a b6ac charger. I have a new 5000mah battery. I set the charger for 5.0A, it's a 3s, 11.1. Turn on the charger and it says connection interrupted. I check the connection and they are all tight and right. This is the first time to charge a battery so ......any ideas ?

putting an x525 together.....ESC is Hobbypower 30A.....motors are Angle A2212-13 KV800......what battery would anyone say was good by this copter......not doing video at this time......just want to fly for awhile....
