Granite FPV meet … they do planes & quadcopters

Thank you, flew a fair distance today for the first time. DJI O3 air unit records at 4K and the Goggles 2 (with the OSD) is 1080p. I’m in a club - Granite FPV and we had a meet up Cairnomount, lovely day for it. Hopefully spring is springing

A long way to go I know but getting there :) Managed to bind my transmitter and receiver after working out you have to hold the menu button for 3 seconds on my Tango 2 transmitter to get into the bind menu. If not you just get the “running” menus, only real head scratching moment so far.

Components so far …

Starting from scratch I’m in for over £1700 UK. So far the build is going well. Beta flight is a nice piece of software.

Thanks to a work colleague I’m “all in” with a quadcopter. Never flown a decent one, hoping this one has some assistance built in. Just need to fit the DJI O3 system, wire in the GPS and the buzzer/LED combo and attach the battery. Any advise for a quadcopter virgin with a lot to lose … all the...
