I'm going to hang back, see what happens with DJI's new FPV RTF kit.
If I find somewhere in the UK that I can get Emax's TinyHawk2 whoop, RTF Goggles, drone and controller KIT, I'll get that.
Although atm, it seems there is NOwhere reputable in the UK that has it in stock.
Problem Solved that extended airspace is Class D, ok to fly under normal uk rules u pto 7kg drones.
1st I saw this video which highlights the same area
and then contacted https://www.youtube.com/user/Geeksvana who explained the airspace class D. Great guy, very quick reply.

I'll check with the local authorities and find out, the thought of a large fine and/or having gear confiscated really scares me. Still keeping my fingers crossed, they may say it's fine as long as I stick within certain parameters.

Hi, another old newbie here.
Currently I only have a couple of toy drones. I have poor eyesight and the only goggles I can get' an opticians prescription lens for, is the DJI digital goggles. Which means I have to go DJI.
If I have to have those goggles, should I opt for a complete DJI set...
