Will The Micro-Scisky Flight-Control Bind With A FS I6 Transmitter?

I'm looking to build a micro fpv quad but I'm not sure how to understand what can and can't bind to different receivers.

I'm told else where that these will not bind but I'm curious as I'm going to get into micro quads that I'm going to need another transmitter to bind to them. Can someone recommend a radio that will bind with those FC's
