I'm trying to decide on which Syma x8 model to go with? I originally wanted a dji or hubsan. But I think I will stay on the cheaper side of things for now. Any and all comments recommendations are appreciated. thank you in advance Mike

Hi,Jackson Well would like to get one fairly easy to start with. I did really want fpv with screen,But have heard hard to do both when starting? So I thought I would at least go for the better camera capabilities? And was thinking the x8 series do to more stable I have quite a bit of wind where I live. What would you recommend? Mike

Not a matter when just starting, it's just unworkable. You need to fly completely one or the other.

This one has real and very powerfull brushless motors that should outlast the Syma's by a very wide margin. There are also a wide array of spare parts available.

You add this for basic video.

This may be a nice touch, the X16 has no problems with the extra weight, but you will have to figure out a way to power it. .

But you will need extended legs for the X16 with a gimbal.

This camera is a deal for the money.

The built-in stabilization is a big plus.

Many YouTube vids out there, start searching. :)

Thank you Jackson for your reply. Do you have any other recommendations or your opinion is this one for starting? Do they have a gps version? Mike
