Syma x5 and Fastlane Raptor

Are the Fast lane Raptor and the Syma x5 the same Quad?
seen an advert for the Raptor on the ToysRUs website which seemed very similar.

Looks like a rebadged Syma X5SC-1.

Note it uses different motors than the X5C if you ever need spares.
