Quad copter Radio Kit £80 ish

So I want to move on from my Prebuild quad. I’m building my own frame and have selected a somewhat aggressive list for a fast mini but the radio kit available is confusing for me.

Can someone recommend something prefer 8ch or more so I can expand in the future half decent range that doesn’t drop out.

Alternatively point me in the direction of a write-up of the currently available technologies and the Pro’s and Con’s. I was settled on DSMX spending £80 on a 6ch setup transmitter and receiver but could be wasting my cash.

Hi mate dsmx is spektrum and I think its theDX7s/ dx8 /dx9 or new dx6 new dx7 , I think is out of the range you want my DX9 was £300 with out a receiver the new DX7 is £260
A good transmitter is never a waste of money
