What frame is it? I ask because Danny Choate at QuadLugs uses the KK2 and qbrain a lot with his frames, so he may have a good answer. I doubt it has anything to do with the frame, but he's more likely to take more time if you bought a frame from him... If not, you may want to consider it. They're really sweet, and easy/cheap to repair.
