I'd like to share an important info on a on line shop: Moonhobby
I bought a Walkera RTF quadcopter ( QR X400 ) early 2013 and due to a broken part I'm still not able to make it flight !!
I received the Quadcopter with a strong delay that could not be addressed to Moonhobby ( Italy customhouse )
I made some practice for first 1-2 days and the ESC controller ( WK-WST-30A4 ) started failing ( one brush-less motor not receiving input )
March-05 - I wrote to Moonhobby to ship the failed ESC to them
March - 05 - Moonhobby answered me to perform additional tests and to try another ESC controller
May -02 - I made additional test with no other ESC ( I'm not sure quadcopter users have additional spare parts available ), same result. Requesting Moonhobby the shipping address
May-02 - Moonhobby answered with the address to send the broken ESC
Sept - 18 - I shipped back the ESC
Oct- 15 - On line tracking reports ESC successfully delivered
Oct - 29 - Follow up as no answer received from Moonhobby
Oct - 31 - Moonhobby answer package received
Nov - 17 - Follow up from my side requesting foreseen timelines to have ESC back
Jan - 17 - Follow up from my side as no answer received from Moonhobby
Apr - 16 - Follow up from my side as no answer received from Moonhobby by reporting negative feedback posted on several forums
Apr - 16 - Moonhobby answer me and send me the picture of the ESC controller to have confirmation
Apr - 19 - Sending confirmation to Moonhobby
Apr - 29 - Requesting an update on the shipment status
Apr - 30 - Moonhobby send me the package tracking number
Jul - 3 - Package received : ESC report same issue as when I shipped it in September. Writing to Moonhobby
Jul - 3 - Moonhobby answer ESC fixed by Walkera and test it again
Aug - 3 - ESC tested again and again. Requesting money for the ESC to be refunded
Aug - 4 - Moonhobby answer cannot refund money and propose to ship ESC again to them
Aug - 19 - Requesting Moonhobby to ship a new one while I'm sending back the borken one
