New build new builder. Props do a hard jerk

Hello,
This is my first post and it isn't how I wanted to join here. I just built my drone from scratch. When the props are off I arm it and it starts up low rpm and I can throttle up and down no issues. I put the props on and hit arm and all 4 motors do 1 hard jerk and they don't spin after no matter what I do. I take the props off and runs like it is supposed to. Any advice on this? Thanks all
 
Nvm i found the 1 and 4 motors were spinning in the wrong direction.
