Hey! I am on my way of putting a list of components together for a build. It will be a 300mm Frame and what I wonder is how the motor placements matter in terms of flight handling and from an aerodynamic point of view what would benefit the different flight styles.
On the frame I am considering to buy it looks like a 250 sized frame like the Blackout or ZMR250 except the back motors are elevated higher then on the front pair. It looks like a distance of 5cm (2") between the front and back motor pairs in Z-axle.
Do you think the nose down in higher speed would be more performancewise in handling since the angle from the upcoming flight track hits on two seperate propeller sets? (back motor gets air that have a larger distance from the airstream that hits the front propellers)
Or how do you think it would benefits/drawbacks?
My style to fly will be agile and mostly in woods, fpv racing or precise photography.
Hope someone have experience on different frames and their designs effeciencies.
Cheers
