Insta Flip

Hi All

I am new to this and recently bought a HK Mini250L
I managed to put it all together and it hovered ok 5-10 inches from the floor, in a car park I just need to adjust the trim here and there.
I then went out and bought a NanoQX to learn on because the day I hovered the 250 I smashed 2 props because I let it get to high in the car park.
So I spent a week learning with the Nano and can do flips and control it fairly well. While I was waiting for my new props to come in the post, along with fat shark goggles to fly in the park.
I put the props on and the whole quad is being wired, it just goes really quick on the throttle super quickly and flips over backward instantly. Like I have full left lock on.
I took it home cleaned it check all the motors ran, and the right way the props where the right way up and recalibrated the ESC's. I tryed again it flipped over again, by this point 4 sets of props down I think this isn't right. So I flash the board and redo everything, double checking it and even reset my radio. Went through from step one of setting up the board to calibrating the meters and reset the PID setting just in case.
This time to make sure the gyro works I held it put the throttle on a touch and tipped it in all directions it works fine motors running hard to keep it level. So I put it down and try and hover and boom insta flip again, and again and again.
The only thing I noticed that may be different is the I think one of the motors make a very strange noise if I put it up on speed. I tired light throttle touches all sorts and can't work it out.

Anyone is London that could help me out? I am super stuck and really don't 100% understand base flight software? Please help a newb out!

Hi mate the nase 32 is super stable out of the box quads fly on default settings , are all the channels working the right way there should be a monitor section on the pc software so you can check this , now you will be able to run expo in the transmitter if you cant turn down stick scaling on the board, also check end points on the channels watch this it may help you spot if you missed anything
