Flying 3D X8 Not Working

Fellas I have flying 3d x8 quadcopter. From the very start, it has not worked. I have watched every video, read the manual a dozen times and it has not flown off the ground not even once. The best
it has done is spool up about half throttle and never has it lifted off the ground. Fully charged battery, orientation process done, bound transmitter, nothing works. It takes about 30 minutes to
find 8 satellites, which seems way to long. It was bought from Gearbest and they are balking on
fixing it. It was paid through Paypal and I am filing a dispute to get my money back. Has anyone
had problems like I have, please post. The Spudman

in short: DONT BUY.
had one, sold it after having it for 3 month and flying 5 times.
even a year later and updates to FW/Rx/Tx its still experiencing flyaways/rth problems that quite amount of people can confirm.
lookup the review on rcg which as of Sept 2015 still states NOT to buy it…
