By your use of the term "VR goggles" it seems you might mean virtual reality ... Be advised that in the quad community VR means video
receiver, which may or may not be built into whatever goggles you're looking into.
... I don't own one, nor have I ever even heard of a Scarlet Minivet, but as long as your VR in the goggles can pick up the
VTX (video transmitter) that it's using then yes of course you can use goggles with it.
If it's using Wi-Fi to transmit then you're stuck with the box type goggles that use smart phones as screens
unless you install a "real" VTX (5.8GhZ) in it, THEN you're able to use just about anything on the FPV (first person view) market for goggles.
